In Memoriam FRANS JANSEN 1936 – 2018

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the sudden and unexpected passing away of Frans Jansen on Thursday, March 15, 2018. As he did every Thursday, he went on his bike to the antiques and book market at the Lange Voorhout in his home town The Hague. He got into a traffic accident, a collision with a truck, and died on the spot, aged 82. Frans was a GHT member with so many knowledge and engagement for the GHT’s items, we will never forget. He personally was such a good friend and helpful colleague, we will miss him !
