In Memoriam Gabriel Goessel

It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that Gabriel Gössel passed away 2nd April 2020 from long-term health complications, at the age of seventy-seven.
Gabriel Gössel was a beloved friend, colleague and Mentor. His passion and knowledge as a collector and discographer was immeasurable and his work made sound preservation a key issue in the Czech Republic.
We have lost an exceptional person and it will be difficult to come to terms with his absence in our lives. His knowledge and engagement will be dearly missed.
Gabriel’s wife Eva let you know that he died peacefully in her arms at their home in Prague. Remember him with a glass of wine, Gabriel would certainly welcome it.
